Metal Stitching Process

Our Metal Stitching process can be applied to a range of components whereby welding is not an option. Metal stitching is a process using specifically designed metal locks which are used to repair fractures, rejoin breaks, repair broken lugs etc.

This repair procedure can be undertaken here at our workshop or on site, as no heat is required for this cold repair. This method gives an instant repair to many damaged castings from Plant Machinery, Agricultural, Marine, Automotive and Architectural Castings. This procedure also limits the need for final re-machining after repairs.
